COA's Chef Table and Positivo's Omakase are among the immersive dining experiences the resort promotes alongside private chef table brunches, lunches and dinners, which means they book like events, not like tables. If you are running a Rivian or a Model X and the household car rotation is limited by charging, Encanto is the on-property answer, and it sits next to the room you were probably going to eat at anyway.
